Description

You will partner with Finance and Accounting leadership to set the analytics roadmap, influence strategy through data-driven narratives, and build end-to-end financial insights across the organization. You'll design scalable data models, own the lifecycle of financial data products, and enable self-service data consumption for business users.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience as a Data Analyst
• 6+ years hands-on SQL experience
• Expertise in developing complex financial models, including scenario planning and predictive forecasting
• Experience building large-scale data models (e.g., dbt or Airflow) and modeling intricate financial metrics
• Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and Accounting leadership to set analytics roadmap and identify high-impact opportunities
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing strategy through data-driven narratives
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical requirements and project plans
• Design and build scalable data models for enterprise-wide financial reporting
• Conduct deep-dive root-cause analyses on performance variances and provide strategic recommendations
