🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full life cycle recruiting including DEIB at each stage
• Proactively source and screen to build robust talent pipeline
• Drive offer negotiation and closing processes
• Use data insights to develop innovative sourcing strategies

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and data integrity
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and business leaders
• Strong understanding of DEIB principles in recruiting

• Experience recruiting for tech roles
• Knowledge of social media recruiting strategies
