- Manage 200+ accounts in the scaled segment with personalized engagement.
- Drive renewals using usage data and automation to assess risk.
- Uncover expansion opportunities across complex customer environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support.
๐ Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in Customer Success within a SaaS/PLG environment.
- Proven track record of owning renewals across a high-volume book of business.
- Skilled in analyzing customer data to drive strategic outcomes.
- Confident with tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, and DocuSign.
