💼 About This Role

You'll ensure every vehicle meets high-performance standards by driving disposition of inspection findings and leading root-cause analyses and corrective actions. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to close quality gaps and boost production yield.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and disposition discrepancies from all production processes
• Lead root-cause analyses and drive corrective-action plans
• Define and document inspection plans, acceptance criteria, and rework procedures
• Analyze quality data and KPIs to identify trends and recommend improvements
• Own change-control and revision of quality documentation

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in quality engineering or equivalent in complex manufacturing
• Demonstrated expertise in root-cause analysis tools (5-Why, Fishbone, FMEA)
• Strong technical writing skills for inspection plans and reports
• Hands-on understanding of mechanical, electrical, or composite inspection techniques
