🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and deploy ML models for production use cases
• Design experiments and run rigorous offline/online evaluations
• Fine-tune and evaluate large language models for domain-specific tasks
• Partner with data engineering to define features and pipelines
• Build monitoring frameworks for model performance and drift

📋 Requirements

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field
• 3+ years of hands-on ML model building and deployment in production
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch
• Deep understanding of statistical modeling and experimental design
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML
