💼 About This Role

You'll own Kyivstar Identity Provider (KIP) end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, partner integrations, and user-facing cabinet. Your goal is to make KIP the operational instrument turning the portfolio into a real ecosystem. This is both a platform and a consumer product serving millions of users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own KIP end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, and partner integrations
• Set team goals, KPIs, and OKRs aligned with ecosystem strategy
• Own P&L and manage commercial design of cross-product use cases
• Manage active partner relationships and resolve roadmap conflicts
• Drive architectural conversations with partners and stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with proven success by metrics
• Experience with platform/identity/payments or infrastructure-class products
• Understanding of OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect at conceptual level
• Strong technical proficiency in API design and system integration
• Understanding of telco business specifics

✨ Nice to Have

• 1+ years of people management experience
• Experience with identity products (SSO, IdP, account management)
• Understanding of adjacent verticals (ride-hailing, health, content, retail)
