💼 About This Role

You'll own the product strategy and execution for both our SaaS platform and services offerings. You'll act as a player-coach, leading a small product team while driving delivery for our core software. This role balances strategic leadership with hands-on execution to modernize the waste industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap across SaaS and services
• Serve as PM/PO for the SaaS business, driving discovery and delivery
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small product team
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Operations on alignment

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience
• 2+ years leading product teams
• Experience owning product strategy while operating as IC
• Proven success building B2B software products from discovery to launch
