💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help meet sales targets while ensuring customers get the merch they love and the store runs smoothly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an engaging shopping experience to drive customer loyalty
• Open and close the store, covering the sales floor as needed
• Process sales transactions and promote add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and time management skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Passion for music and pop culture
• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Knowledge of store KPIs like UPT and ADT
