• Source and engage candidates across engineering, product, and design
• Partner with leaders to define roles and hiring plans
• Run end-to-end hiring processes from kick-off to offer
• Improve hiring playbooks and interview design as the company scales

📋 Requirements

• Experience hiring across engineering and at least one of product or design
• Strong sourcing ability and confidence engaging passive candidates
• Ability to partner with technical and product stakeholders
