Description

As the Head of Industry - Manufacturing, you will define and execute the vision and strategy for Celonis's Manufacturing Industry Practice. You'll lead a cross-functional team to build and scale software solutions that solve critical manufacturing challenges, working closely with customers and internal teams to drive innovation and deliver value.

Requirements

• Proven record of building and leading a cross-functional team building software solutions for manufacturing
• High degree of entrepreneurship with experience building in a 0-1 environment
• Excellence in public speaking and external presentation
• Proven experience developing software solutions for enterprises
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Define vision and strategy for Celonis Manufacturing industry practice
• Build and lead a cross-functional industry team across Value Engineering, Sales, AI Builders
• Work with customers to align manufacturing solutions against business strategy
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM leaders to inform product development
• Identify and package scalable use cases across the Celonis platform
