You'll join tem, an AI-native energy transaction infrastructure startup, to own content production and distribution across newsletters, LinkedIn, and broker-facing materials. You'll bring audience intelligence to every content decision, ensuring the right format reaches the right audience. This role unlocks strategic work for the Content Lead while maintaining quality and pace.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Produce content across newsletters, LinkedIn, articles, one-pagers, and email copy.
• Own distribution strategy: recommend format, channel, gating, and repurposing.
• Pull and analyze weekly distribution metrics to inform editorial decisions.
• Manage content calendar and coordinate with PMMs and agency on briefs.
• Build systems that scale content operations beyond ad-hoc shipping.

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years in content or editorial roles with demonstrable output quality.
• Strong writing ability to produce clear, engaging copy quickly without heavy supervision.
• Distribution instinct: think about audience and channel optimization.
• Data-driven: use performance numbers to draw actionable recommendations.
