💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Auth Team building secure, scalable authentication and authorization systems for a platform-driven engineering organization. You'll own identity infrastructure and shape authorization models for human and AI-powered workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and evolution of authentication systems for distributed applications
• Own identity infrastructure including token flows and identity federation
• Define authorization models for human and AI agentic workflows
• Mentor engineers and set engineering standards

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 3+ years in engineering management
• Expertise in OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
• Hands-on experience with ReBAC systems like OpenFGA, Zanzibar, or SpiceDB

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with identity providers such as Auth0, Okta, or Azure AD
• Backend skills in Java, Ruby, or Python
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
