Description

You will shape, govern, and assure NICE's most complex customer engagements as a senior consulting leader and final architectural authority. You'll work across pre-sales, delivery, and post-go-live phases to de-risk large programmes and protect long-term customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Senior consulting/architecture leadership experience at a top-tier systems integrator
• Deep technical authority in enterprise-scale programme delivery
• Ability to engage with customer CTO/CIO/Chief Architect stakeholders as a peer
• Experience de-risking large programmes and managing architectural governance
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Act as senior consulting leader for enterprise accounts, shaping complex transformation programmes
• Own architectural positioning in statements of work, ensuring scope and dependencies are realistic
• Support pre-sales deal shaping and assurance to ensure commitments are deliverable
• Serve as final architecture authority for assigned strategic accounts, reviewing target architectures and security designs
• Operate horizontally across Sales, Professional Services, Product, Engineering, and Partners to resolve ambiguity
