Description

You will lead the tax provision process and ensure compliance with ASC 740. You'll implement processes for quarterly and annual income tax provision, develop internal controls, and work with finance and third-party providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting; Master's in Taxation preferred
• CPA preferred
• 8+ years experience with at least 3 in public accounting
• Extensive background in ASC 740/FIN 48
• Proficient in MS Excel; Oracle or tax provision software a plus

Responsibilities

• Build and develop processes for insourcing ASC 740 accounting
• Manage tax provision software implementation
• Prepare quarterly and annual worldwide ASC 740 provision
• Analyze financial forecasts to compute quarterly effective tax rate
• Prepare FIN 48 analysis and tax disclosures for financial statements
