You'll expand PadSplit's marketplace by engaging traditional property owners to become Hosts. Your core impact is helping homeowners unlock additional income while addressing housing affordability. This role offers the chance to drive results in a remote, mission-driven startup.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Prospect and qualify potential property owners as leads.
- Conduct outreach via cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- Host discovery calls and deliver tailored value propositions.
- Close deals and coordinate onboarding with internal teams.
๐ Requirements
- Proven success in B2B/B2C sales, especially in real estate or property management.
- Strong relationship-building skills to earn trust with property owners.
- Self-motivation to thrive in a remote startup environment.
- Ability to tailor solutions and overcome objections.

- Knowledge of real estate investing and rental markets.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot.
- Analytical skills to calculate ROI for potential hosts.
