You will lead the North American Customer Success organization, overseeing a high-performance team to drive revenue growth and ensure top advertising partners unlock full value from Smartly's AI-powered platform. This role combines regional commercial leadership with executive partnership at C-level marketers, focusing on strategic alignment and talent development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years leading enterprise Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management in SaaS, AdTech, or Media
  • Deep knowledge of digital advertising landscape and major platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
  • Understanding of marketer landscape and industry verticals
  • Proven ability to lead large, complex organizations in high-growth environments
  • Demonstrated success in meeting ambitious revenue and growth targets at enterprise level

Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial direction and strategic vision for North America
  • Own regional P&L and drive high-velocity revenue growth
  • Build executive relationships with C-level marketers at strategic accounts
  • Oversee and mentor Commercial Leads and Service Delivery teams
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Events, and Partnerships
