💼 About This Role

You'll oversee operations for 5-12 Rowan studio locations in Greater Pennsylvania, leading and developing Studio Managers to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. Your core impact will be driving sales growth and operational excellence across the district. This role requires frequent travel up to 75% within the region.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop Area and Studio Managers to meet performance standards.
• Conduct regular studio visits to assess performance and ensure operational excellence.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Drive new and repeat client engagement through local events and partnerships.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in multi-unit retail management.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience in coaching and mentoring.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities across multiple locations.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Calendar, Gmail, Sheets, Documents).

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to ear piercing.
• Previous retail management experience in California.
