You'll provide maintenance and repair for pump, power, and HVAC equipment using our T3 platform to diagnose issues faster. Your work ensures contractors stay operational and job sites run smoothly. This role offers year-round OEM training and career growth in a mission-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use technology to create and monitor work orders and service intervals.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators and HVAC.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures at shop and customer locations.
• Maintain documentation of all work performed daily.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
• Experience with power generators or commercial HVAC maintenance.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record,
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle.

✨ Nice to Have

• EPA 608 certification or ability to obtain within 6-12 months.
• Trade school certificate in related field.
• Experience in field service or maintenance repair.
