You'll manage assigned customer accounts, working with sales and support to resolve issues and drive retention. You'll champion customer-centric solutions and identify at-risk accounts. This role focuses on building long-term customer loyalty and ensuring positive experiences through proactive engagement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Be the client advocate and product specialist for assigned customers
• Identify at-risk accounts and escalate as needed
• Deliver remote services including software installation and configuration
• Conduct regular reviews with customers and communicate results

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience as Customer Success Manager or similar role
• Knowledgeable in privileged access management and cybersecurity
• Experience with Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms
• Ability to interface with complex, multi-divisional clients

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Thycotic
• BA/BS degree preferred
