You'll provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting, assisting with daily activities and program planning. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist individuals with daily household chores and meal preparation.
• Facilitate recreational, learning, and physical fitness activities.
• Represent clients' needs in program planning and implementation.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years driving experience
• Prior professional experience supporting individuals with disabilities strongly preferred
• Basic computer skills

• Medication certification (pay increase upon completion)
