You'll serve as the critical connector between product strategy and engineering execution, owning the product backlog and ensuring high-quality delivery for a municipal SaaS platform. You'll drive sprint execution, bug triage, and release readiness while partnering with a Product Manager.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog across workstreams.
• Coordinate with engineering to unblock dependencies and ensure smooth sprints.
• Lead structured bug triage and coordinate fixes.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of Product Owner or Business Analyst experience in SaaS.
• Proven ability to write high-quality tickets and acceptance criteria.
• Strong experience managing and grooming a product backlog across parallel workstreams.
• Comfortable in agile/scrum environments with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with local government or civic technology.
• Experience in a PM/PO split model.
• Exposure to customer discovery processes.
