Description

You will lead the design and evolution of our analytics data stack, own critical data domains end-to-end, and mentor other analytics engineers. You'll partner with business teams to define metrics frameworks and drive data quality and governance practices.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years in analytics engineering or data analytics in high-growth environments
• Proven experience building and maintaining complex dbt models with CI, testing, and documentation
• Deep SQL expertise and experience designing scalable dimensional models
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
• Experience enabling self-serve BI with Looker, Sigma, or Tableau

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable ELT pipelines, dimensional models, and semantic layers using dbt, Snowflake, and Airflow
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance to define metrics and build trusted data products
• Enforce best practices in data engineering: testing, observability, CI/CD, code review
• Mentor analytics engineers and elevate technical practices
• Contribute to data governance strategy, documentation, and standards
