💼 About This Role

You'll design and build JSON-RPC endpoints and indexer backends for a novel distributed systems prototype. You'll own the critical layer between core infrastructure and the outside world, taking a greenfield project to production. This role offers early-stage startup agility with the stability of Stellar Development Foundation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build JSON-RPC endpoints for transaction submission and account queries
• Own the transaction lifecycle from client to consensus and back
• Build data backend for block explorer and historical state queries
• Develop analytics pipelines and observability systems

📋 Requirements

• Strong systems or backend programming in Rust, C++, or both
• Proven track record designing and building robust RPC/API services at high scale
• Deep understanding of database architecture, indexing, and query patterns
• Experience taking ownership of production infrastructure, not just prototypes

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience building or operating blockchain infrastructure in production
• Experience with a testnet or mainnet launch
