Description

As a Building Engineer, you will maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, perform routine maintenance, respond to tenant requests, and assist senior engineers. You'll ensure building systems operate safely and efficiently while developing your technical skills.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Two to three years of job-related experience or trade certification
• CFC Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Basic knowledge of laptop/phone apps for work order systems and Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to work after hours, weekends, holidays, and during emergencies

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems
• Address service requests for hot/cold calls, plumbing, and lighting repairs
• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and escalate as needed
• Replace light fixtures, filters, and other components
• Assist senior engineers with preventive maintenance and contractor oversight
