Description

As an AI Developer at Sora Union, you'll act as an internal entrepreneur, driving AI initiatives from ideation to production both internally and for customers. You'll work with Engineering, Product/Brand Design, and QA teams, taking ownership of projects from data cleaning to deployment and monitoring in customer environments.

Requirements

• 3+ years building and deploying production-level AI/ML models
• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, or Weights & Biases)
• Strong expertise in Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• Proven ability to build RESTful APIs (FastAPI or Flask) and work with SQL/NoSQL databases

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical partner for customers, translating operational needs into production-grade AI solutions
• Own projects end-to-end from data cleaning and prototyping to deployment, monitoring, and debugging
• Implement model compression, quantization, and efficient serving for latency/throughput requirements
• Develop sophisticated prompt chaining, self-correction, and context management strategies using RAG
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product/Brand Design, and QA teams
