💼 About This Role

You'll join a 4-person platform team owning infrastructure and developer experience for a Series B company. You'll lead critical infrastructure projects and drive architectural decisions that enable the entire engineering organization to move faster and more reliably. This role offers significant autonomy and immediate impact on high-priority work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead critical infrastructure projects and drive architectural decisions.
• Establish platform engineering standards for reliability and performance.
• Build and maintain AWS infra, CI/CD pipelines, and internal tooling.
• Mentor engineers and communicate priorities to leadership.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of backend/infrastructure engineering experience.
• 3+ years in platform/SRE/DevOps roles.
• Proven ability to stabilize unreliable systems (CI, infrastructure, observability).
• Mentorship experience guiding engineers who need technical leadership.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with NodeJS, PostgreSQL, and Redis at scale.
• Experience with AWS and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform preferred).
• Experience with Kubernetes and observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
