Description

You'll support all technical aspects of the **Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) ERP system** across multiple manufacturing sites. You'll design, develop, and deploy solutions to meet business goals, ensuring **system reliability and continuous improvement**. Requirements

• **5+ years** hands-on experience with Infor CSI (SyteLine)
• Proficiency in **Mongoose development** and integration/APIs
• Experience with **SQL Server** and reporting tools like DataViews
• Knowledge of **Agile/Scrum** methodologies

Responsibilities

• Design and configure ERP system solutions per specifications
• Develop deployment packages and perform testing
• Provide Tier 3 ERP support and troubleshoot complex issues
• Create and maintain system documentation and user guides
