🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain scalable backend systems for financial products.
• Build and optimize payout, reconciliation, and fraud detection systems.
• Collaborate with data science, product, and leadership on technical solutions.
• Improve infrastructure scalability, performance, and reliability.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineer experience on complex production systems.
• Strong experience in fintech with transaction systems or payment infrastructure.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python).
• Solid SQL skills for writing and optimizing complex queries.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Python, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, or React.
• Experience building APIs and integrations with third-party services.
• Familiarity with SPA applications.
