Description

You will provide technical support to internal customers, responding to service desk requests within defined SLAs. You will handle complex incidents, support executive and VIP users, manage onboarding/offboarding, deploy endpoint devices, and maintain documentation to ensure efficient IT service delivery.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of IT support experience
  • Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Experience with Mac setup/troubleshooting
  • Understanding of Office 365 and networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/Wireless)
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Respond to Corporate IT service requests within defined SLAs via in-person, phone, chat, or email
  • Serve as first escalation point for complex technical incidents, resolving independently or coordinating with teams/vendors
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities including account provisioning and license assignments
  • Manage deployment and configuration of endpoint devices and update documentation
  • Support Office 365 user management, troubleshooting, and end-user education
