💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's fleet maintenance team, working on Class 8 trucks and trailers under warranty. Your work ensures vehicle uptime and DOT compliance. This role offers $2000-$4000 sign-on bonus and no major engine overhauls.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and component replacements on Class 8 fleet
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical, engine, and transmission problems
• Address aftertreatment system issues, perform regens, and change filters
• Maintain accurate records and optimize vehicle performance

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Class 8 trucks and trailers
• Strong diagnostic skills for diesel engines and transmissions
• Proficiency with diagnostic software and laptop use
• Two ASE certifications required within 6 months

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with aftertreatment systems and electrical diagnostics
• Comfortable with MIG welding
• T-series ASE certifications
