💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end event execution for a high-growth healthcare AI company, from major conferences like HIMSS and HLTH to owned executive dinners and roundtables. You'll ensure every in-person moment drives measurable pipeline impact and strengthens executive relationships. This role offers the chance to shape a fast-scaling event program at a company backed by OpenAI and a16z.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage booth logistics, sponsorships, and onsite operations for healthcare conferences.
• Execute owned activations including executive dinners, roundtables, and workshops.
• Support executive engagement programs and speaker submission logistics.
• Partner with marketing ops to measure event ROI and inform strategy.

📋 Requirements

• 4-7+ years in events marketing in B2B SaaS, enterprise tech, or healthcare.
• Experience executing high-volume conference and trade show portfolios.
• Strong project management skills and ability to mobilize cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience managing event budgets of six figures+ and vendor relationships.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare, health IT, or clinical AI; familiarity with HIMSS, HLTH, etc.
• Experience with event attribution and pipeline reporting using CRM tools.
• Proficiency with Asana, Notion, Hubspot, and Slack.
