You'll administer employee benefits, retirement plans, and leave programs for a student living company, ensuring compliance and smooth operations. You'll lead open enrollment processes and partner with vendors. This role offers hands-on impact on total rewards programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
• Serve as technical lead for UKG Benefits Admin/PlanSource and vendor systems.
• Manage leave programs including FMLA, ADA, parental leave, and STD/LTD.
• Ensure compliance with COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, FMLA, ADA, and ACA requirements.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing benefits at a national scale.
• 2+ years overseeing leave of absence programs.
• Knowledge of COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, FMLA, ADA, and ACA.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with UKG Pro Benefits Administration/PlanSource.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with UKG BI.
