You'll plan and create product-focused technical content for Nozomi Networks' OT and IoT cybersecurity platform. Your work will ensure intuitive, high-quality user documentation that drives customer success. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and advocate for users through UX input.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and create product-focused technical content for administrators and end-users
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including procedures and reference material
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to ensure documentation quality
• Engage with Support and customers to improve product experience

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical publications for enterprise software
• Familiarity with oXygen XML Author, Dita XML, and Git
• Working knowledge of topic-based authoring
• Experience with AI‑enabled tools in daily work

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in OT/IoT/IT cybersecurity
• Experience with issue-tracking software like YouTrack or Jira
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
