You'll own Net Revenue Retention for a $5Mโ$10M+ portfolio in a high-impact, rebuild-phase SaaS business, driving expansion, renewals and customer outcomes. You'll operate with the autonomy of a business owner, shaping playbooks and processes from the ground up. This role goes beyond relationship management to direct revenue accountability in a transformation environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for your book of business
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Build and maintain a 3โ4x expansion pipeline against quota
- Manage renewals and proactively mitigate churn risk
- Lead commercial conversations on pricing and contract changes
๐ Requirements
- 4โ8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
- Proven track record of independently identifying and closing expansion opportunities
- Experience owning revenue targets such as NRR, expansion, or renewals
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and collaboration/productivity tools

- Experience in a rebuild or transformation environment
- Background in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or last-mile/logistics tech
- Daily use of AI in customer-facing and revenue workflows
