You'll own Net Revenue Retention for a $5Mโ€“$10M+ portfolio in a high-impact, rebuild-phase SaaS business, driving expansion, renewals and customer outcomes. You'll operate with the autonomy of a business owner, shaping playbooks and processes from the ground up. This role goes beyond relationship management to direct revenue accountability in a transformation environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for your book of business
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Build and maintain a 3โ€“4x expansion pipeline against quota
  • Manage renewals and proactively mitigate churn risk
  • Lead commercial conversations on pricing and contract changes

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4โ€“8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
  • Proven track record of independently identifying and closing expansion opportunities
  • Experience owning revenue targets such as NRR, expansion, or renewals
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and collaboration/productivity tools

  • Experience in a rebuild or transformation environment
  • Background in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or last-mile/logistics tech
  • Daily use of AI in customer-facing and revenue workflows
