💼 About This Role

You'll independently manage buprenorphine treatment for patients with opioid use disorder in a fully remote outpatient setting. Your work directly reduces harm and supports patient recovery within a multidisciplinary team model. This role offers the stability of a W2 position with flexible full-time scheduling options.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote outpatient setting
• Independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment
• Provide nonjudgmental, non-coercive support aligned with harm reduction principles
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and peer recovery professionals

📋 Requirements

• Active NP license in your state of residence (one of the listed states)
• 1 year of experience independently prescribing buprenorphine in an outpatient setting
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote team-based model
• Private workspace with HIPAA-compliant setup
