You'll provide technical expertise in payment and item processing for Redwood Credit Union, ensuring regulatory compliance and fraud prevention. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Process payment exceptions, returns, and compliance under regulations.
• Balance general ledgers and perform reconciliations.
• Monitor and resolve ATM out-of-balance situations and member disputes.
• Support Electronic Services phone queue and cross-train in all areas.

📋 Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge of Federal Reserve Bank processing.
• Intermediate knowledge of Regulation CC and Regulation E.
• Intermediate processing experience in check, ACH, or electronic payments.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, technically demanding environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with fraud detection and trends across multiple payment channels.
• Ability to train staff on Electronic Services processes.
• Project support and implementation experience.
