You will provide enterprise-level technical support to customers via phone, web, email, and chat, independently diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to data management and security. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely resolution to deliver a world-class post-purchase experience.

Requirements

  • Strong technical problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  • Experience in customer support or similar role in data management/security domain
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model with time zone flexibility
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and data protection strategies

Responsibilities

  • Provide enterprise-level technical support via phone, web, email, and chat
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues using troubleshooting and problem analysis techniques
  • Contribute to handling all levels of support cases, from basic to complex
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams following standard procedures
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated customer issues
