Requirements
- Strong technical problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Experience in customer support or similar role in data management/security domain
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with time zone flexibility
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and data protection strategies
Responsibilities
- Provide enterprise-level technical support via phone, web, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues using troubleshooting and problem analysis techniques
- Contribute to handling all levels of support cases, from basic to complex
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams following standard procedures
