You'll lead product strategy for a GRC SaaS platform at Diligent, defining roadmaps and driving customer value. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to launch products that clarify risk and elevate governance. This role offers the chance to shape AI-powered governance solutions for over 1 million users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own the 6-18 month product roadmap aligned with strategic vision.
• Identify customer needs through market research, data analysis, and feedback.
• Prioritize backlog, define success criteria, and guide engineering/UX teams.
• Coordinate product launches with marketing and stakeholder engagement.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of launching and managing products.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing).
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Governance, Risk, Compliance or Policy Management domain.
• Familiarity with Jira, Aha!, Pendo or comparable tools.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
