Description

You will manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits in-office or via telehealth. You'll collaborate with in-office and virtual teams, supervise NP or PA colleagues, and engage in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
• Practiced at least 2 of last 5 years in outpatient primary care
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
• State licensed in California
• Passion for human-centered primary care

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office and conduct occasional telehealth visits
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams via daily huddles
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues
