Description

You will lead a high-impact team driving partner pipeline growth in the Americas and developing a global strategy for Cloud partner routes to market. Reporting to the VP of Americas Field and Global Partner Marketing, you'll work closely with field marketing leadership across regions to orchestrate an integrated demand-generation engine.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in partner, field, or growth marketing in SaaS
• Proven track record leading marketing teams and managing substantial budgets
• Deep understanding of Channel/Distribution models and CSP ecosystem
• Strong ability to manage budgets and translate marketing into ROI
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Product, and Operations

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and scale a high-performing partner marketing team
• Own and manage global Cloud and Americas partner marketing budgets
• Develop and execute marketing plans to grow partner-sourced pipeline across Americas segments
• Define global value proposition for CSP routes to market and drive demand via events and co-sell programs
• Align with partner sales, field marketing, and product marketing on GTM plans and sales plays
