💼 About This Role

You'll lead the day-to-day pharmacy and fulfillment operations of our London facility, ensuring scalable processes and high-quality standards. This role is critical to achieving budget, meeting customer demand, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own P&L performance including variable and fixed costs
• Lead hiring and development of operational staff
• Ensure facility meets daily demand with high quality and safety
• Scale process flows and technology for short and long-term needs

📋 Requirements

• 7-10 years leading production or fulfillment in mail-order pharmacy or retail ecommerce
• Experience managing capital investments of £20M+ annualized
• Led staff of 50+ employees
• Bachelor's degree in operations or supply chain, or equivalent experience

• Experience implementing Kaizen, Gemba, or Six Sigma
• Strong communication and cross-functional influencing skills
• Comfortable in fluid, ambiguous environments
