Description

You will build and optimize server-side logic using Java, ensuring high performance and seamless integration across the stack. Collaborate with front-end developers, data analysts, and stakeholders to design APIs and manage databases.

Requirements

• Dutch citizenship and proficiency in Dutch language
• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience with core Java including OOP, concurrency, JVM internals, Streams, Lambda, and Optional
• Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, or Hibernate/JPA
• Experience with RESTful API design and databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL like MongoDB)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance server-side logic using Java
• Collaborate with front-end developers and stakeholders to integrate user-facing elements
• Design and implement standardized APIs and RESTful services
• Manage database lifecycle including setup, maintenance, and performance optimization
• Identify and resolve complex bugs and performance bottlenecks
