Description

As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will visit geriatric clients in their homes, conduct assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate communication between clients, field staff, and office. You will supervise Home Health Aides, facilitate new hire orientation, and participate in training to ensure exceptional care.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years experience
• Home care experience preferred
• Supervisory experience as a Nurse Manager preferred
