  • Own end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level corporate roles.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, market mapping, and AI tools.
  • Manage high-volume requisitions with speed and quality.
  • Partner with executives and hiring managers to define role requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.

📋 Requirements

  • 8–15 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech or fintech.
  • Proven success hiring corporate professionals (Finance, Legal, Marketing).
  • Ability to build creative sourcing plans for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Hands-on offer negotiation and candidate closing expertise.
