🎯 What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level corporate roles.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, market mapping, and AI tools.
- Manage high-volume requisitions with speed and quality.
- Partner with executives and hiring managers to define role requirements.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
📋 Requirements
- 8–15 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech or fintech.
- Proven success hiring corporate professionals (Finance, Legal, Marketing).
- Ability to build creative sourcing plans for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
- Hands-on offer negotiation and candidate closing expertise.

- Experience recruiting across corporate functions in high-growth global organizations.
- Experience with recruitment analytics, AI tools, or process improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
