You will provide remote telehealth therapy to adolescents and young adults with complex needs, using evidence-based modalities. This role allows you to focus on clinical care while our operations team handles administrative tasks, with flexible scheduling and competitive compensation.

Requirements

• Independent or associate licensure in Iowa (LMSW, MHC, TLMFT, LISW, LMHC, LMFT)
• Master's degree in mental health or related field
• Experience with teens and young adults preferred
• Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays for full-time
• Committed to self-care and addressing rural mental health crisis

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults
• Integrate multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI)
• Conduct group therapy sessions (max 8 clients per group)
• Participate in case discussions and collaboration
• Maintain predictable weekly schedule and caseload
