You'll join our embedded investment platform team to manage and grow relationships with customer firms. You'll act as a trusted commercial partner to senior stakeholders, helping them achieve growth ambitions. This role sits at the heart of our growth strategy, combining relationship management and deep industry knowledge.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own and manage a portfolio of complex customer accounts
- Develop strategic account plans aligning customer and commercial goals
- Drive adoption of new platform features and capabilities
- Run regular business and governance reviews using performance data
๐ Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex B2B customer relationships in fintech or financial services
- Comfortable building trust with and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial awareness and identifying growth opportunities
- Ability to explain technical concepts like APIs and integrations

- Understanding of the regulatory environment including Consumer Duty
- Experience in advice, platform, or financial services technology
