🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank clients
• Conduct customer needs analysis and recommend insurance solutions
• Identify new business opportunities through networking and prospecting
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in bancassurance, financial sales, or insurance advisory
• Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets
• In-depth knowledge of insurance products (life, health, general)

✨ Nice to Have

• Relevant certifications (CMFAS modules M5, M9, M9A, HI, BCP, PGI)
• Experience in client relationship management
