Description

You will source and recruit clinical candidates to expand access to behavioral health treatment. You'll manage the full recruiting cycle while building pipelines and collaborating with hiring managers.

Requirements

• 1+ years of full cycle recruiting experience with outbound sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter
• US work authorization and native/bilingual English proficiency
• Ability to use social media for sourcing
• Analytical and research skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates via cold calling, job boards, social media, and referrals
• Manage ATS and job postings
• Conduct candidate screenings and schedule interviews
• Work with leadership to understand hiring needs
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines
