You will drive user acquisition growth across the CTV ecosystem, primarily within the North American market, while operating from a fully remote setup in Europe. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, building strong partnerships with senior marketing leaders. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own and develop the North American CTV user acquisition territory
- Manage full sales cycle including prospecting, negotiation, and closing
- Execute outbound strategy with high-volume prospecting and CRM tracking
- Design performance-driven advertising solutions for gaming and non-gaming clients
๐ Requirements
- 3โ5 years of sales experience in UA, CTV, AdTech, or performance marketing
- Proven track record of meeting revenue targets in fast-moving markets
- Strong experience with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)
- Expertise in high-volume outbound prospecting with consultative sales approach
