Description

You will lead programmatic strategy for top-tier clients within the Addressable team at Kinesso, an Omnicom Media platform. You'll act as the expert for your craft, identify opportunities to upsell emerging channels like CTV and DOOH, and build client growth frameworks while managing and coaching a team.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a client-facing environment
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with data-driven insights
  • Experience in digital media account management with large clients or agencies
  • Good understanding of ad networks, DSPs, and auction marketplaces
  • Deep understanding of Dutch digital media ecosystem

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy for top-tier addressable advertisers
  • Serve as expert and first point of contact for your craft
  • Identify opportunities to upsell emerging channels (CTV, Audio, Native, DOOH, etc.)
  • Build frameworks for client growth and team educational workshops
  • Manage team workload, provide feedback, and coach career progression
